Interest-free loan for the energy-saving investment projects in Prague

ENERG’s preferential loans help small, medium and large businesses finance energy-saving projects. 

The product complements the New Energy Savings programme and is intended exclusively for projects carried out within the territory of the Capital City of Prague.

Applications are being accepted from 1 April 2024.

Programme details

The programme is intended for small, medium-sized and large enterprises operating in the following sectors: manufacturing and construction, retail and wholesale trade, transport and storage, tourism and hospitality, agriculture, energy and other sectors.

What can the loan be used for?

Insulation of buildings used for business purposes and replacement of windows, doors, heat recovery systems, etc.
Reconstruction of electricity and gas distribution systems related to reducing the building’s energy consumption
Replacement of air-conditioning systems with more energy-efficient solutions
Lighting of buildings and industrial premises
Modernisation of energy production equipment for own consumption
Installation of renewable energy generation facilities and heat pumps, provided they are implemented together with other measures

Important information

The programme is financed from national resources and complements the Energy Savings programme. Applications may only be submitted under the de minimis aid scheme.

Are you preparing an energy-saving project?

In that case, you can make use of advisory services provided through our ELENA programme, which can help you save 90% of the related costs.

The support applies to energy-efficiency projects involving buildings used for business purposes, such as insulation, replacement of windows, new distribution systems and similar measures.
